MEXICAN & TRADITIONAL SUSHI FUSION

El Tataki Sushi brings together traditional Japanese Sushi and the popular Mexican Sushi fusion originally created in northern parts of Mexico (Sinaloa and Sonora). Our inspiration comes from both culinary backgrounds as we put together our own version of both.

Our traditional rolls have similar ingredients but are much larger in size. Developed by our expert traditional sushi chefs with over 20 years of experience, we take our sushi very serious and only use hand selected ingredients. Likewise our Mexican sushi dishes have our own twist and ensure the best quality from the rice we use to the cuts and sauces we use.

El Tataki Sushi currently has 3 locations in Tempe AZ, Avondale AZ and Goodyear AZ.
We are open 7 days a week for lunch brunch, and dinner.

Join us for Happy Hour: Monday-Thursday from 3pm to 6pm at our Avondale location.
